With our wide local knowledge of the surrounding area, we can help you plan that perfect cottage holiday in Wales.With family, groups of friends or just the a couple, long holidays or a short break accommodation, summer or wintertime, you can ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere at our cottage rental, which seems to abound with many guests returning each year to renew old acquaintances!

This self-catering cottage for rent we have to offer here in Wales provides holiday accommodation for up to 5 guests. Situated overlooking a 4 mile stretch of beach called Hell'sMouth Bay you can enjoy stunning views - the beaches of Abersoch, Nefyn, Pwllheli and Aberdaron are all nearby - most of the beaches are within 15 mins drive of this celtic cottage. The peninsula offers a host of water sports, with long stretches of golden sands, secluded coves and a network of footpaths direct from our cottage rental doorstep( even geocaching sites!) A National Trust manor house is only a few miles away.Nearby, Snowdonia National Park provides loads of attractions to suit everyone -  young and old alike,

Holiday cottage accommodation details .

The cottage accommodation at Cae Garw has been renovated to retain as much as possible of its celtic character, being furnished and decorated with style and attention. It is extremely popular for out of season breaks during the wintertime- and our aim is to ensure that your cottage holiday in Walea is a comfortable and relaxing one!

On the ground floor of the farm cottage is the carpeted lounge, completed with TV, video, DVD with a variety of books, toys etc.  An open fire with central heating throughout provides warmth and comfort during you the winter months. The kitchen diner is highly equipped, having an electric cooker and extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave as well as a separate cloakroom with a washing machine. A spacious conservatory extends from the farmhouse kitchen, with patio doors opening onto a safe enclosed lawned garden, with uninterrupted views of the sea at Hell's Mouth Bay. A BBQ area together with garden furniture ensures the perfect setting for al-fresco dining from this farm cottage. There is ample parking and storage spaces for bikes etc.even boats! For walkers and cyclists - we can ever arrange a packed lunch for you.

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms - again overlooking open countryside, with a quaint single bedroom. (A cot, stair gate, and a high chair can be provided upon request). The bathroom consists of a shower above the pale oyster colored bath, with a heated towel rail and WC. Hand towels, bed linen, electricity and logs are all provided for in the cottage rental.

 

During your farm cottage holiday, the Caravan Site- adjacent to the farm holiday cottage, is great place to meet new friends - while our free range hens and ducks are always in demand. On the working farm you might be lucky enough in summer to see the shearing , silage making or even chicks hatching from the incubator during your farm stay in Wales.
