Barn Conversion - NEW for 2012 - sleeps 5 ( more to follow!)

From May 2012 – we will have a self catering new barn conversion sleeping up to 5 people. Together with Cae Garw farmhouse (also sleeping 5) – it is ideal also for larger parties , accommodating up to 10 persons at the same location.

Situated on a small country lane in the heart of the Lleyn Peninsula, all the main beaches such as Abersoch, Nefyn, Aberdaron, Llanbedrog and Porthdinllaen, Hell's Mouth Bay and Whistling sands are within 15-20 mins driving distance, including the town of Pwllheli.

Having a lower ground bedroom and bathroom - it offers the ideal holiday accommodation for guests with slight mobility problems.

The open plan lounge / kitchen will have a slate tiled floor and the luxury of underfloor heating thoughout the barn conversion. The contemporary wood burner provides a feature agaist the original granite stone wall and restored beams. The kitchen has all the usual white appliances inc dishwasher and microwave - with the dining area overlooking Garnfadryn mountain and surrounding countryside.

Up the oak staircase , there is a double en-suite bedroom with an oak furniture, built in storage wardrobe and oak floor . See the panoramic views of open fields without even getting up from bed !( a low beam in the bedroom gives the place a charmng rustic feel!). The ensuite has a tiled floor- with a corner shower, wc, sink , towel rail and storage area .

The mezzanine area upstairs sleeps one - again with wooden flooring and low ceiling height- and has the advantage of a velux window - with miles of stunning views.

Downstairs, a twin bedroom - again with oak flooring has the same views as above with oak furniture and a built in storage wardrobe.

The downstairs contemporary bathroom has a low level shower, bath, WC and a wall hung vanity unit with storage area -

The utility room consists of a washing machine and storage area for coats, boots etc.

Enclosed private garden with BBQ and picnic area, with ample parking .
